1. Who you are buying from

Purchases are made from Caalam Digital Solutions AB (org. no. 559489-5954, VAT SE559489595401), Kummingatan 7, 424 43 Göteborg, Sweden. Contact: support@secrethairvitamins.com.

2. The product

Secret Hair Vitamins is a leave-in cosmetic hair serum in single-use capsules (40 per jar). It is a cosmetic product for external use on hair only — it is not a medicine and makes no medical or hair-growth claims. Use as directed and keep out of reach of children.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Any local taxes, duties or import fees that may apply on delivery are your responsibility.
• We accept all major cards and digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) through a secure Stripe checkout, which shows the methods available in your country. Your payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
• A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & delivery

• We ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery 2–5 business days worldwide, depending on destination.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and customs processing; risk passes to you on delivery.
• Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are not included in the price.

5. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (customers elsewhere are covered by our voluntary 30-day guarantee below). To use this right, notify us at support@secrethairvitamins.com before the period expires (you may use the standard EU model withdrawal form). You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return) using your original payment method. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty.

6. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@secrethairvitamins.com within 30 days of delivery and we will give you a full refund of the product price. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights as a consumer.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, in line with your applicable consumer-protection rights.

8. How to return

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly first — please contact us at support@secrethairvitamins.com. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
